Our November Meeting kicked off with Berkut designer and builder, Dave Ronnenberg, who enlightened us with his custom designs based from the Long EZ. He optimized the design with a stretched nose, canard, instrument panel, etc. to allow for a heavier engine in the rear. He also showed us test flights of optionally piloted aircraft and some of the challenges faced in the design process. It was fascinating to see his beautiful designs and hear about what experienced pilots are able to do with experimental aircraft.

Our business meeting commenced and we discussed upcoming events such as a holiday party and delivering cookies to the Tower, as well as a few fundraising initiatives.
